This property was in the perfect beach location, directly across from the safe swim area. The woman working at reception was very helpful, kind, nice. The outside of the building could use a little updating. The decor is basic, but clean. We would recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although basic, the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and well kept with a fantastic view of the ocean. Helpful, friendly managers and excellent location. The location of Marlin Waters is fantastic....right in the middle of everything and directly opposite the netted swimming area. The Surf Club is right next door and a host of restaurants are within short walking distance. Our apartment was spacious, modern and clean and had a great view of the water. Rhonda was wonderful and so helpful after our flight was cancelled and we had to rush off to catch an earlier flight. In our haste to leave, we left our car keys behind which Rhonda kindly found and mailed back. We would definitely recommend a stay at Marlin Waters!
