All was great! Only issues cane with late check in because the resort did not recieve my phone number from hotels.com to send me instructions. Gladly someone was there to help us get in. Also the websites for this resort are quite old.

Smells like a Drug Den.
Absolutely disgusting! The room had mould on the cieling, the linen stank and the entire building/room reeked of drugs (pot) it was gross. Avoid like the plague. Told reception and she just smiled and said have a good day. Honestly it made my skin crawl.

Very noisy at night, toilets are not attached to room, they are shared, but it is not mentioned on the website, checked out they very next day but no refund was processed for the Saturday night that we never stayed

maintance needs to be improved
Once we received the key and entered into our room, we saw some dirt (muck) at the entrance which was not cleaned up properly. There were also no towels placed in our rooms and we needed to request them, which were still in the laundry. Also Wifi password had to be requested and was not the fastest at all. Also lots of ants and insects running on tables and along the walls. The shower door is in a state to break off because one site is already coming off, and was very difficult to open it once closed as it sticked very tight. Reception was not always available and was absent during certain times.
