Great warm pool!
We spent three wonderful nights in Banff, and loved the hot tub that the fox had! It was a great design, and very romantic! The room was very comfortable. The hotel was in a good location not too far from downtown, and the bus stop was right in front of the hotel.

Just ok hotel
The room was just ok. No microwave or mini fridge. No thermostat inside the room No shampoo in the shower had to ask for it after trying to take a bath. Awful bath mat with yellow stains, didn’t want to step on it. No access to your email on the computer they give for guests. Overall just ok.

Romantic get away
Our stay was great. Very nice hotel, but needs a bit of an upgrade in a few rooms. We stayed in 403, needs a new area rug, it was stained. It would also be nice to have robes in the room to where down to hot pools. And the heater in the bathroom didn't work. Overall we still enjoyed our stay

Never Again
The beds can use an upgrade. Both of us felt all the springs in the double bed we has. I’ve seen sardine cans bigger then the room we had. One foot from bed to wall and two feet from bed to bed. The most disappointing was absolutely no fridge in the room. The water tasted like plastic pipes. Time for an overhaul. Only descent thing was the hot tub and sauna. I guess that’s why you pay a premium for your dismal room.

Family holiday
The hotel had secure warm parking which was great given the lack of on street availability. The spa/pool is fun in the winter and we loved the feel of the place. Chillies restaurant was good and the staff were great. Already planning a return trip for longer.
