Great location in sanur
Had an amazing 2 weeks. Staff so helpful and friendly. Choice of restaurants in the hotel complex were great. The bamboo bar puts on different nights many nights a week. Great location at one end of Sanur, great position for exploring. Rooms have it all, beds are super comfy. Breakfast buffet is busy some days but quiet others, food changes slightly each day. Great range of food everyday.

Good breakfast buffet and lovely restaurant staff. Rooms and furnishings are showing their age - looking a bit tired. Some pillows stained and smelled. Good gym, great kids pool, big main pool. Disappointed that morning group fitness classes no longer operate ("because of Covid"). Strange power setup in rooms; when the key card is removed the power to all points except the bathroom lights is switched off, which makes it difficult to charge phones and other devices. Internet access comes and goes, so continually logging in. Food and drink prices are of course more expensive than the surrounding restaurants and bars, but reasonable.

Looking forward to our next Stay
We would have liked our usual room 505 but did not want to pay $400 extra. We had the area manager to the room we had asking for 2 comfortable chairs coukd not sit on a little bed settee for 10 days. Plus the lighting shocking we got 2 extra lamps which helped. I did complain several times that the Sand Timer and Temperature panel not working in the sauna which I liked to use every day. None of this got attended to while we were there. Also we repoted the Foot Bath Tap by the entry to the large pool not working. This is Good for rinsing the sand off your feet from the beach before using the pool. We can see work is going on around the Hotel which shall make a big improvement. We do really like the Prama and shall always return when visiting Bali again. Thank you to all the Lovely Balinese Staff very friendly and polite.

It was a nice place, pool lovely but beach not really swimmable. It was a huge hotel, and felt ‘not Bali’ compared to other places we stayed. Could have been anywhere… like Cancun. Several restaurants were still closed for season. Wonderful people, especially in rooms.
