I waited on hold for over 20 min before someone answered and then they told me it could be an hour before the shuttle got to us. I had called ahead and reminded them of our flight time. Once there each bed only had 3 flat pillows and 3 towels. If I have to put in how many people are in our party then why don’t we have enough towels?
