We were thrilled with the concept; it was precisely what we were looking for, during our time in Cartagena for an event, all we required was a cozy room, and that's exactly what we got. The bed was just right, the spacious bathroom allowed us to move freely, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurants in the vicinity were also fantastic.

After an initial problem with one of our rooms, that was promptly resolved by Maria from the front desk, we had a wonderful time at this beautiful boutique hotel. Loved the concept. Every detail in the room was carefully thought to allow the guests to feel at home, while visiting Cartagena. It is within walking distance from amazing restaurants and the Serrazuela Mall. We will definitely be back!

This was my third time in Cartagena and i this was by far my fav hotel. The staff on site and even on the reservations office on what’s app was amazing. Shout out to Melissa and Maria for being very accommodating and helping with any inquiries. Also Dayro was the VIP, my AC went down in my room and he came by with the most urgency and had it back in under 5 mins. I think will be my first option moving forward whenever i go back to Cartagena. Thank you guys for an amazing stay.

The Privado was amazing. Location. Service. Style and comfort. The breakfast at Candé was special. The one night and one breakfast was a true Cartageńa Old City experience wrapped in 24 hours. Maria was great. She made sure everything went smooth and efficiently. Her service and warm reception made it feel like I had been visiting regularly. Maria made me feel like I was welcome.
