WE WERE PUT IN ROOM 144...ON FIRST FLOOR NOT FAR FROM DINING AREA. THERE WAS A LOT OF NOISE AFTER MIDNIGHT FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. IT WAS IN THE HALLWAY AND IN THE ROOM NEAR OURS.

I didn’t get any names but I spoke at some point to all front desk employees who were on duty between 3pm on 1/19 and 9am 1/21 and each of them was friendly and helpful with whatever question or concern I had. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

My stay was absolutely terrible! First night a couple was beating the crap out of each other. Kids running down the hall at all times of night. People upstairs sounded like elephants were up there. Omg then the pool Was disgustingly dirty! There was hair slime and idk what else just floating all around. Also I was there from Friday till Monday and nobody even came to room to clean. Besides the fact that the daily parking fee was absolutely ridiculous!
