Weekend getaway. Our room was really cold and we were quickly moved to a suite with a fire place. The heat didn’t work in this room either but the fire place kept us warm. Water pressure in the shower was dismal. Breakfast was just ok.

Great location for accessing all the tourist sites. US side of Niagara very quiet at night with limited dining options. Nice to see fireworks and view from top floor sky lounge.

Gross and terrible
We found bed bugs in our room and alerted the front desk. We were assured that our stay would be taken care of and they moved us to a new room. No manager has reached out not has the stay been taken care of as promised . Do not stay here

Hotel was very old. Dark. Dated. No parking at hotel. You have to park your car across the street in a gated parking lot. No access for dropping off luggage in front of hotel. Room was extremely dated and very dark. Inadequate and untrained staff.

Had a great 2 night stay at the Giacomo. Parking is gated and directly across the street. It is depressed neighborhood but safe and walkable. It is in a touristy area and very close to the rapids and road to goat island. There are several food trucks during the day and a few evening dining options. Breakfast was typical hotel buffet style and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is actually part condo and part hotel. There are some decor issues which could be improved but overall very pleasant.

Disappointed in the cleanliness and staff did not follow through with promise to complete turndown service while we were out for over 6 hours. More than enough time to properly clean a room after it was brought to their attention. Sky view lounge also disappointing the lookout windows were disgusting and covered in spiders. Manger acted like they were trying to make it right but with no follow through it was empty words. This was extremely frustrating since this is the first and only time I’ve ever had to make a complaint during a hotel stay and it was handled very poorly. They did compensate some of our stay, but considering we also had problems with the parking plus all of the room issues, it seems like they should have done more.

We thought the hotel was nice. Only complaint is that the breakfast was not good. Everything tasted like it was pre-made and heated in a microwave. The bacon today was barely cooked.
