We loved the location and having mini kitchen in room. Bathroom (room #7) was small to sit on toilet but the overall place was perfect. Location was great, security was great too. Lots of cats and a beautiful outside garden to relax in. Overall, enjoyed our few days stay! And the ladies that work there were great!

Loved the location. Close to some great restaurants and walking distance to the beach and shopping. Room was bright and super clean. Property was lovely and had really nice public seating areas. As a cat owner, it was enjoyable to see the cats that are being cared for, on and around the property. Adriana was quickly responsive with messaging. Would happily stay here again if ever back to Miami Beach!

I had a very pleasant stay at Barcelona Studios Guesthouse. Adriana and her staff were excellent and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I recommend this location if you want to stay in South Beach but you just want a quiet place to rest at the end of the day. The location is fantastic - just a couple blocks away from the beach and excellent shopping/dining.

This place was terrible, I will no longer be using this site for travel. Your refund policy is terrible as well. I’m completely dissatisfied with your service, out of 590.00 I only received 176 in refund and I didn’t spend one night in the last hotel secured on you sir just terrible

Very clean. Noisy street corner but it is South Beach. VERY convenient to lots of things. Dated but respectable. The cats were sweet and shy and well cared for but not curious about visitors, even skitish.

Best thing is location. It is in the heart of South Beach. Two blocks from great restaurants, four blocks from the beach. A quaint European hostel style place. Rooms have fridge, sink and microwave. Not fancy but enjoyable.

This place is a great place to stay for the price! The location is right at the heart of South Beach near all the restaurants and bars. The room has no tv but it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Adriana even let us do a late checkout since our flight was at night. I will definitely stay here again in the future super worth!

I love this place! Communication was solid. The accommodations were very thoughtful, had everything I needed. It’s a very calming space, I felt like I was at a meditation retreat until I’d step outside the gates and be surrounded by bars and restaurants. Not too far from the beach, easy walk straight east. We really enjoyed our stay at Barcelona Studios Guesthouse. The location is perfect for everything beach related. Walking is the way to see the area. Restaurants galore. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. WiFi worker perfectly. There's so much to do close by. Safe, convenient parking garage was 4 minute walk. No TV, but we were not there to watch TV. The grounds are beautiful,,and the kitties are a nice plus. They are friendly and sweet. Adriana was a great hostess. We are looking forward to coming back!!
