The perfect hotel in Cartagena!!!
What an incredibly beautiful n chic hotel right in old city...only 12 rooms/suites in a renovated colonial house.... easy walking distance to all the sights and restaurants and shopping.
It has a rooftop pool as well as a small lap pool in lobby.
I got a deluxe junior suite n it was huge and done in French country chic with modern touches. The bathroom is amazing with l’ Occitane products.
Breakfast is included and it’s a civilized sit down proper meal served... not a buffet.
But what truly sets this boutique hotel is it’s service especially Angie at front desk who books all the tours n restaurants for me. All other staff are professional and courteous.
If I can give 7 stars to a hotel, this will be it!

Excellent hotel with warm, courteous service
Very beautiful hotel maintained very well, nice made to order breakfast, very courteous service at front desk by Angie and Maryellis. Spacious rooms, invitingly cool and fragrant when you return from a long day. Only two suggestions--shower in our room was weak, and coffee machine in room would help, but they did send coffee to our room when we asked for it the night before.

It earns its high rating
I arrived well ahead of standard check-in time after 15 hours of travel. They were able to get me into the room within 15 minutes and I got so much-needed crash time. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The included breakfast is delicious with sufficient choices. The Spanish menu has at least one option that's not on the English menu ... an omelet with ham and potato. The swimming pool on the main floor is narrow and pretty short, but I still got laps in every day, which was a great prep for the snorkeling trip I took later in my visit. The roof-top pool is a nice place to sit and cool down in the middle of the day or in the evening after the day's activities. I met a woman at the hotel who was visiting alone for her birthday, and the staff surprised her with a birthday cake which made her day. Access to the hotel is controlled with a buzzer ... there is someone at the front desk at most times, but use the knocker if you buzz a couple of times and don't get a response. On departure, I had requested a taxi which didn't show up, but I don't know where the failure was on that one. I would stay at the Casablanca again in a heart beat. There are a lot of boutique hotels and this is definitely a great experience if you can afford it. I'm so glad I stayed here instead of at one of the big block hotels that could be in any city.

Beautiful, Intimate Hotel with Excellent Service
I stayed at Casablanca Belle And Boutique for three nights in July. First of all the hotel is beautifully furnished. Waterfalls and fountains are throughout the property, the furniture has an antique feel with modern finish. Bathrooms were clean and pretty. It is also quiet and intimate. It felt like an oasis.
The service is also excellent. Hotel staff helped me locate an ATM, suggested restaurants and booked an island tour for me. They also gave me a complimentary bottle of wine and a surprise birthday cake! They were warm and gracious throughout my stay

Beautiful luxury boutique hotel in walled city
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. I was blown away. The rooms are gorgeous and beds are super comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant. This is in the old walled city which is where you want to stay. Close to shopping, bars and restaurants though still feels tucked away.

Great Boutique Hotel In the Walled City
We loved the room with the high ceilings and tall doors. The bathroom was large and very nice. The hotel lobby was always quiet with the receptionist ready to help you with anything. We called it the secret hotel because none of the cab drivers knew where the hotel was...but it is a hidden gem. They light candles in the lobby and stairway at night which gives it a beautiful look and feel. The only thing i didn't like was the ceiling fans in the room were dirty and the doors around the handles were also dirty. So a little detail cleaning would create perfection. It was a memorable stay.

Great Stay for our last night in Cartagena!
After traveling around South America for 2.5 months, Casablanca B&B was the perfect way to end our travels. It was such a delight and we truly enjoyed our one-night stay. The room was large with a great seating area. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and we slept like kings and queens.

I stayed at the Casablanca a couple weeks ago and it was a great hotel for the amazing price. The rooms are very beautiful and very spacious. The decor is really very pretty. The hotel itself is on a quiet street, but it is in perfect location in the walled city. The hotel staff is really helpful and they were able to help us plan some adventures. The breakfast is OK, but the service in the morning was really good.

Cartagena the best of the best
I am an All American Blonde/Blue eyed girl married to a Colombian and I was a little nervous going to Colombia but I have to say 17 days in Colombia was absolutely wonderful! Loved it. Never felt unsafe at all. Fell in love with Cartagena and San Andres. Take the city tour of Cartagena, it was well worth it. We took a day trip over to a small Island and it was NOT worth it, the beach was small and the pool had way to much salt in it that you could not enjoy it. It was just a tourist trap.
Do not waste your money on a Chiva at night. You meet them by the Clock tower get on your bus, and they start driving to hotel after hotel outside of the walled city and this takes forever and they over crowd the buses. They try to force 6 people to a row and you are sweaty and sticking to each other and sitting half way on whomever you are with. Then they stop at a place to pick up Rum and a mixer. They drive everyone to a location where they say it is going to be a band play off between the Chivas buses and its just another place for people to try to sell you something. They say they are going to be there for an hour but we were only there for about 40 minutes. Then they drive you to an over crowded disco and drop you off. You have to find your own way back. Not worth it!
We stayed at Casablanca B & B and the hotel was awesome, the staff was outstanding. If we needed something they were right there to help. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Perfect For Couple's w/o Small Children
My wife & I stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. The Casablanca was an absolute delight! Service, Room,Food,Cleaniness,& Cost were great! The pictures provided were identical to what the room and hotel looked like when we arrived. I would very likely recommend this boutique hotel to any family/friends.
The only con were the maid service will enter your room and clean up anytime the front desk notices you leave hotel. It was a little much for my wife and I but for some may want it that way.
