Customer service is terrible. They will reply immediately if you ask them to check in 1 hr early and say no. BUT when someone entered the apartment without my permission and did something so weird just closed the sofa bed without cleaning anything or changing any bedding and I asked who did that a d why. No answer for 2 hrs then they said we don’t know, call the police if you are missing anything. Then after another 3 hrs (total of 5hrs) they discovered that it was one of the staff by mistake !!!!
