4/10 Fair

Great location and very friendly staff however my room was very small and it wasn't very clean .

Poor hotel

The room was "very" small , the bathroom was "very small" , the basin took ages to drain , the maintenance was clearly lacking , room has not seen paint in ages , the only good thing going for this places is location, other than that i would not return under same circumstances.

Very poor

The hotel is in very poor condition. It’s barely ok for a stop over if you have an early Eurostar to catch, but this hotel is no place to stay for anything else. The rooms are tiny and the decor is very poor. The immediate location also has rough sleepers outside the front door.
Andy, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This hotel is designed for the low budget backpacker I felt unsafe due to the door locks. It is like a bedroom door in a house. There's an exit door. I felt it's too easily accessible to break into either door into a very small room
Susan, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The room was very small looked unclean with a towel collecting water from a leaking radiator. The bathroom was tiny with a broken shower head that wouldn't stay up and looked unclean. Mugs and kettle were dirty therefore couldn't have a hot drink in the morning.

Trainmadsteve

The room was ok, comfortable clean apart from a few tiles at the bottom in the shower, very close to King's cross/ St Pancras (5 min walk) and Euston (11 min walk) loads of places to eat around the area. Be warned this is not a high end hotel hence the price but it will suit your needs if you're travelling from any of the stations i mentioned, on the whole a good place to stay.

8/10 Very good

Very basic but well located.

2/10 Poor

Flithy Place

The Hotel shouldn't be called a hotel more a dirty hovel. I have no idea how the are able to function legally with the standards they have. Dirty, double room was a queen size bed with a mattress so lop sided we had to sleep top to tail in a queen size. There was never any staff at reception to complain to and there was noise all hours of the night, banging and shouting. Not seen curtains that filthy in my life. Glass bottle tap water in the room, god knows how old? Do not waste your hard earned cash there.
Deborah, 2-night trip

Nice enough hotel.

A nice enough place. Friendly staff, great location. Five minutes from Kings Cross station, underground and bus routes. Yet, surprisingly quiet during my stay. Clean and tidy room, but a bit small for me, especially toilet/shower/sink crammed into a really small space.

8/10 Very good

Handily located

A perfectly adequate hotel very close to Kings Cross which suited my needs accordingly
Raymond, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The accommodation had a musky smell which was being masked by air freshners in the hallway and room. The room was clean enough. Could do with freshing up the decor (white wash) as the walls and skirting are dirty looking. The shower needs a fresh seal and mould in the bathroom needs addressing. Room 6!

The location was excellent.
Timothy, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Perfect for an overnight stay, a block from the train station

It was cheap and sufficient for one night.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Disgusting!

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It’s run down in every way you could imagine! There were dead flies on the walls, some Alice felting around the room! There were hundreds of ants all over the floor and on the bed! I killed loads and then they appear again. Notified the hotel. Water dripping from the light fitting in the toilet which was hanging down and off. A real musky/dirty smell in the room. Bed sheets were clean but stains over them. The bed base was metal and could feel the middle of the bed metal through the middle! Will never stay again! Ever
Ants all over the floor, not just in this location but throughout!
Light fitting loose and constant water drips from the light fitting. Unable to attach a video
Ants on the bed! When I got back in they were all over it
Flies all on the walls and flying around

Clean room, comfy bed, decent bathroom + shower (the shower head needs replacing).

Very basic, welcoming staff but room really small, basic and bathroom had no shelf or hooks for toiletries and towels.
