- We hadden dagelijks maar maximaal 5 minuten heet water. We waren met ons drieën. Dit betekende dat de eerste warm kon douchen (wel kort), de rest niet. Dit hadden we direct na constatering gemeld via WhatsApp, maar hier kwam geen reactie op. - Handdoeken hadden vlekken, - Hier en daar haar van onbekende mensen in het appartement (zelf vastgekoekte aan een beker) - Slaapkamer is inpandig, dus geen frisse lucht als je de deur dicht doet. Op de slaapkamer te warm, de woonkamer/slaapbank te koud. - Geen uitleg over hoe de verwarming werkt en ook niet hoe de tv werkt. - Ik had weken eerder diverse vragen gesteld. Geen enkele reactie. Op de dag van aankomst wel reactie (maar niet op eerdere vragen). Op zich prima ontvangst, maar wel iemand die alleen de sleutels afgaf en gelijk weer vertrok. Ze sprak alleen Spaans, kon haar verder niet verstaan. Niet klantvriendelijk. - In de directe omgeving veel groepen mannen die rondhangen. Voelde me niet helemaal veilig. Zeker niet om mijn dochter voor een boodschap te sturen. - Meeste bezienswaardigheden op ca. 15 minuten loopafstand. - Optisch ziet het er netjes uit. - Er hing een continue stank. - Slechte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. - Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Quarto bem limpo, móveis e utensílios novos, simples porém completo. Funcionários atenciosos. O imóvel é muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso à estação de metrô e supermercados.
