A nice hotel near the lake and downtown. The staff were very helpful to us after our flight was canceled and we had to stay an extra day.

The room was very nice lots of room only thing was I saw the tub in the pictures but when we arrived there was no tub in this room, so will make sure I request a tub for next time didn’t realise you had to request as have been before and just got a tub. But it’s still a great place to stay. Highly recommend with great amenities just a few steps from the rooms.

6/10 Good

Clean and lovely staff, we stayed in a room above the check in. It's old and needs a redo. Needs a proper renovation and rebuild this area of the hotel. Loved the location and it was very well cleaned and maintained even tho it was old. Bed was comfy and view was nice. Tiny bathroom. If you don't mind dated rooms it's good

What a great place to use as home base while exploring Taipo! Rooms overlooking the lake, sunsets from the balcony, easy access to the town, and a top-notch restaurant on-site make this an amazing choice for any traveler. The entire staff was efficient and friendly -- Kim at the front desk was a stand-out.
