I travel for work every week and wanted to give this newly opened hotel a try - which I heavily regret.
It was the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in. The elevator makes a sound as if someone’s constantly hammering in it. That noise kept me awake all night.
The shower gel was empty upon arrival and the bathroom floor full of hair. When I asked to replace it and clean, I returned to the room to find a cleaning instruction sheet in my bathroom, the bathroom floor flooded, but not cleaned but at least the shower gel replaced.
I didn’t want to bother with them anymore but won’t stay there again as a quite night sleep is important to me.
