Except thee are t it is practically away away from the terminal itself, it is quite a nice property. The small Costa Coffee set up inside the hotel wss a great help for some quick bite to beat the hunger at night and in the morning if you wsy d D something simple. As said, this hotel is not attached to the terminal building, it’s a bit far from Terminal 5 (Uber £30 at night time). Other than that, the place is good.

Rooms are big size, bedding are clean and comfortable. We really liked this hotel alot. Definitely stay here if you needing to bee close to the airport. They are not however any closer to the airport than other hotels in the area. I would most definitely stay there again!!

A great choice if you have an early flight or, like we did, arrive late and need a good night’s rest before travelling on. We stayed in a family room with our two kids of 5 and 11. Clean room, helpful and friendly staff, a nice breakfast. The local bus (423) takes you from Heathrow T5 and stops right outside the hotel. Recommend this as a Heathrow stopover hotel.

The name of the hotel is misleading. We thought the hotel was at the airport - Terminal 5. It’s a bus ride away. Don’t think this hotel is at the airport. You’ll be disappointed. Staff was nice and helpful.

The location is great if you need to stay close to the airport. Very old and rundown property, the carpet seems so “unsafe” I couldn’t walk on it barefoot. The shocker was the restaurant where I paid about 15 British pounds (close to $20) for a salad of some leaves, beans and boiled cauliflower with a few pinches of paprika powder on top - no dressing, no flavor, just boiled cauliflower which didn’t even look fresh. So unless you have to be close to the airport, I don’t recommend staying here.
