Dreadful!

We booked the apartment to visit friends, and were really pleased that it was a two minute walk to their house. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and has some nice facilities. There was some goodies left for our arrival, coffee, tea, milk, bread etc which was a very nice touch. However there was no mention of any allergies or intolerances so we didn't use the bread as my partner and I both suffer with gluten intolerance. I got an email the day before my trip, asking us to reply regarding self check in, to which I sent a text and email but didn't get a response. The apartment was a bit chilly when we arrived as the heating was only set to 10 degrees, and personally neither of us thought the bed was particularly comfortable. Having said that, the apartment was close to shops and amenities, nicely decorated and excellent value for money. As with other reviews, parking wasn't great, however the landlord had included various locations that we could park in the email.

Was overall nice place, clean. Just gets a little cold due to basement flat.

Lovely spacious flat in a perfect location. The landlord was very helpful and left a few complimentary items. Only issue is parking to no fualt of their own. The bays outside the flat were full so I ended up leaving my vehicle in the pantiles car park, which is only a 3/4 minute walk away and I paid online to solve this issue. Would stay again.

The apartment is in a perfect location and is much more comfortable than staying in a hotel room. I'll definitely book again :-)

Fab location within Royal Tunbridge Wells, very close to bars, restaurants and shops. Flat itself was spacious and well equipped. You can't park outside the flat but you can park in the High Street for an hour (around the corner) or play £56 per day for one of the parking lots which are only 5 minutes walk away. Because there was 3 of us we needed bedding for the bed settee which strangely wasn't provided so we made do with no sheets or duvet cover etc which wasn't great but our stay was for only 2 nights so perhaps it was an oversight on the owners part. Other than that we can't complain, communication with the owner before we arrived was good and we were not disappointed in the flat or location.

My daughter and I stayed one night. It is a great place and would stay again . The only thing that spoiled it a little was the sofa bed that I slept on was uncomfortable . Also be aware that there is a surcharge to use it but very kindly the owner waived this for me because it wasn't advertised as such in the Holiday details. We were very blessed to be able to park outside the property so parking was a breeze for us. The property is in a fab area and just round the corner you have plenty of choice of places to eat. I would not hesitate to stay again as long as I could have the double bed next time! Can highly recommend :)
