Every time I stay there for the past two times rooms had no hot water heater only blew out cold air tv channel reception was non existent.they need to fix those problems.i booked online at Park inn south had no problems I got there showed them my id and got my room keys.didnt even had to pull out my credit but when i got to park inn north i had to show them my credit card even after the room was already paid in full online.if the Park inn north fixes the problems then they can nit only get better reviews but more people might rent a room there.

Cold shower
I was there for three days and the whole time I was there there was no hot water. They kept telling me that it should be fixed. It never was. I work in construction with asphalt. I need a good shower after work and all I got was freezing showers miserable they wouldn’t do anything for me.

Strive for better
I had a great time. But when u look the hotel up it showed Motel 6 so that needs to be changed. And then there soo much homeless there asking for things. And then the whole system needs to be updated! And place need to be redone.

I took numerous pictures of the filthy parking lot and room. The staff was nice when we finally checked in to the right hotel. There is another hotel of the same name and the staff member didn't know which one she was. There were homeless people wandering around and in the dumpster and the grounds were filthy with a mattress outside the dumpster and all around trash. The toilet seat was loose, the tub faucet leaked continually and there were numerous hairs and ants in the bathtub. The beds were made up of only sheets and a very thin blanket. There was debris on the floor and a disgusting amount of something in the sink stopper. I would never recommend this place and will never stay there again.

This was the most bare bones motel I have ever had. Wooden floor with not even a tiny throw rug by the bed one sheet one blanket. No extra blanket available. No little coffee pot, no hot water pot. No shampoo, no hair dryer, the tv had 6 channels The clerk in the office was courteous. Coffee was offered in the office in the morning. No food. The room was clean though and ok just for one night. School bus drove around the property in the morning

You get what you pay for I guess
The room had an overwhelmingly strong odor of a hospital room. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. My bed had cigarette burns in the sheets and a mystery red stain on the blanket.

A bargain but you get what you pay for. We travel with our own pillows, a blanket, earplugs and eye masks. Used them all.
