This is a small boutique hotel with only eight guest bungalows. Very quiet, easy to get around. Breakfast everyday was great with a great selection to choose from. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Cant say enough about the staff! There is not one thing we would complain about. The bungalows are beautiful and the grounds are stunning! We would definitely return!

Recently stayed at Klumpu with my Wife for 4 nights. The reviews speak for themselves ! Quiet, peaceful and just a little oasis from an amazing cultural Sanur main strip. Amazing staff , very friendly, amazing management team. Super responsive. Our flights into Bali were delayed due to Volcano and they allowed us to push our stay 4 nights which was amazing. Very hard to fault this stay. We will be back with our young children as we were unsure if Sanur and the area was safe for kids. It is safe, and very tourist friendly and the Free driver service within Sanur was handy. If I was to fault anything I would say that the Main food menu and breakfast menu could be a bit larger but it did encourage us to eat locally and try the Indonesian style foods around the area. I'm sure Klumpu strive to provide 5 star service and are always willing to improve this service.

Likes - staff and service were incredible - complimentary chocolates daily Areas for improvement - pls consider having blinds to cover the window above as it was too bright for sleeping ( once past ~6am) -pls consider installing shower heads as rain shower is not for everyone - breakfast portion was insufficient for us and options somewhat limited but staff were kind to help us toast the bread we bought

This was a lovely place to stay for the last night of our holiday - the rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the resort pool and grounds were gorgeous. This was an easy walk into the main street of Sanur, yet felt remote and secluded. They couldn't have been more thoughtful, with early breakfast provided, and a free luxury car ride to the airport. The ONLY point for improvement were the pillows -strangely very lumpy, and the shower which took forever to get warm and then was suddenly scaldingly hot. But I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Klumpu. It is only a small hotel (8 rooms) and the staff are unbelievably attentive and kind. The rooms are lovely and so cosy and the grounds (garden and pool area) are beautiful and kept to such a high standard. Each morning we had a wide choice of breafast delivered to our room and we often ate at the hotel as the food was so good and reasonably priced. The hotel offers drivers who will take you out for the day in an air conditioned vehicle for tours of your choice - our driver Yudi was so friendly and lovely to be with. The area around Klumpu is great - 2 minutes walk from shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to Sanur beach (8km of golden sand and calm waters). The hotel offers free bikes which you can cycle along the beach promenade. We left feeling relaxed and well cared for - nothing was too much for the staff!

We absolutely loved the Klumpa Bali Resort. First of all, the staff was exceptionally trained in hospitality and each member of the staff was genuinely kind and caring. Breakfast was remarkable with good selection, beautifully presented, served quickly. Fresh pastries, upscale coffees, eggs and more. Plentiful, too. The location was a gem in the middle of an unremarkable area. Would stay here again. Masseuse was fabulous, great technique and strong hands. Our room was lovely, spacious with a large well appointed bathroom with rain shower. Boutique products,, complementary snacks and bottled water, afternoon tea and to die for turn down chocolates.

Most beautiful intimate and brilliantly serviced micro resort . . Great for couples and small families alike . Exceptional staff . Located in a lane about 200 metres from the middle of the main drag in sanur and ten to 15 mins walk to beach . A shuttle service is provided when ever requested and at short notice too . Fantastic klumpu villas which are very modern well maintained and come with unlimited boiling and cold water units . Nice bathrooms with great smelling products and towels . Beds huge and very comfortable . Pool is just a few steps away and gorgeous . Breakfasts varied plentiful and cooked to order with attention to every detail .. good massages available too . . A taste of paradise in this little hidden away oasis . Loved everything

Klumpu did not disappoint. From our warm welcome to the beautifully manicured gardens and the gorgeous private villas. The staff were so obliging and were constantly looking after gardens, grounds, and guests. Bed time, beds were turned down and delicious chocolates were left for our enjoyment, and slippers left beside the bed. The pool was rather small and not very deep, but there were lots of day beds and the gardens around the pool were beautiful and tranquil. The breakfast daily was delicious and the room service menu was fantastic. Location was great, just a short stroll down the cobblestone alley and we were amongst the main street. It would've been good to have coat hangers in the cupboards to store clothing and I wasn't a fan of the frosted bathroom door (especially with awkward teenagers). There were too many water bottles delivered to our room during our stay, so much plastic. Luckily there was a big filtered water bottle that we could refill our bottles from. It would also be more ideal if a toaster and iron was provided. That being said we were very impressed with Klumpu and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a more traditional and intimate style accommodation.
