Ok, it has been great. Of course the hotel is under construction and it would have been a better stay with all the facilities up and operational. With that said the staff is exceptional. I have stayed here many times when it was Hard Rock and can’t wait till this has been completely renovated 🙂

Check in was quick and easy , room was nice with a great view of lake Tahoe. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good ,but the price was a little high. 13.00 for a bloody mary, it was very good though.

Small getaway
Nice little getaway for our birthday. The location was great and room was a good size, just the bed was way too soft. My boyfriend usually loves soft beds but said this one was uncomfortable. I love form beds due to my back issues. By other than that, it was a lovely getaway at the hotel.

I was a little disappointed there is not a lot of offerings. There’s only 2 restaurants and a store downstairs. And they didn’t off room service either. Overall, it’s a decent hotel the rooms are in decent condition. I did like our lake view.

Bad experience
1st room we stayed in was right next to the elevator and the elevator noise was unbearable, lights were not working. We got moved one room over and still could hear the loud elevator brakes, bath drain wouldn't drain and one light again wouldn't work. Will not stay again.
