Very good
Park place belize was just what we were looking for. Nothing fancy, with basic amenities central to most things. The staff was so sweet and helpful. We started getting messages from our hotel before we even got to the airport helping to arrange our ride to our room. They totally took care of us for a week. Not mentioned enough, park place Belize is on the best stretch of beach in San Pedro (a local park).

Forget about the negative comments, park place isn’t a five star ⭐️ hotel and we all know this but it is a great place for its price, comefortable bed, clean room, friendly staff, Saimun was so welcoming and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My overal experience was great and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cool budget place to stay with comfort in San Pedro.

Hopefully new owners make improvements
Te hotel has just changed ownership, so hopefully the new owner will improve the property. The room was nicely furnished but was small in size. The bathroom had no hot water and the rainhead shower barely emitted any water. hotel is definitely showing signs of wear.

Solid comfortable hotel
Wonderful hotel, centrally located on the island close to a lot of things. We loved the bar downstairs and the floor balconies with a view of the beach. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely be back!

This is a great hotel. Its not a resort but a clean, comfortable,and very friendly staff. The restuarant is on the first floor and the food is very good and not expensive. This was the second time to this hotel and would go back again. I do recommend a golf cart because you are further from the hustle and bustle of the downtown. It's like a less than a mile walk but the heat in belize the golf cart makes it's nice.

The location was the only thing good about it. No one knows anything. Asked for WiFi and employees said no one knew it. Asked for extra towels, no one had a key to hand us some. Our reservation asked for two beach front rooms only got one. Very disappointed.
