The location is amazing! We walked to everything. The sitting area with the fire pit was comfy and very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This will definitely be our go to place when visiting Pismo Beach.

Decent motel. For the price for the weekend I think it wasn’t as nice as I was hoping for. Could have probably booked something a bit nicer for around the same price. Location was convenient. Check in was ok, didn’t think the staff was very helpful or friendly. Water pressure was terrible, but the bed was decent. No really closet or dedicated space to hang your clothes.

Just what you need!

This is a clean, convenient, friendly little place--close to everything. It's not a Michelin Star place, but, let's face it, neither are you. A few blocks from the pier, a few block from loads of local restaurants and easy in, easy out. I had a problem with a noisy upstairs neighbor and Laura (the manager, I assume?) helped me with grace and pleasantness. Just what I needed. I've stayed here several times a year for several years and i always get just what I needed. Recommended!

Where to start? From check-in to check-out, and everything in between, our stay was perfect. Location is perfect, hotel is clean, updated, cozy, convenient, and all things good. The ‘host’, not sure her title but she hosted our stay magnificently. I can’t say enough, and my family agrees! This will be our destination hotel for all visits to Pismo. So glad we finally found the place for us! Strongly recommend!

Well worth the price we paid for what we got

The location is excellent, as it is walking distance to the beach. The room and was clean and the property was in excellent condition. My husband had a hard time figuring out how to cool down the room, as there is no thermostat and the heat/cool settings are on the unit next to the window. Hubby complained his back hurt from the mattress but I slept okay. Overall we felt like we got a good deal for what we paid to be within walking distance to the beach. And bonus: there is an excellent Italian restaurant across the street called Rosa's.
