Great hospitality! Amazing view and very clean. We had a wonderful time there and will definitely go back. Highly recommend going to the beach club since it is more quiet and you have more privacy.

Had a great stay at the Altitude Tower. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating, beach is fantastic (just need to get there early to claim your spot). Booked the Balinese beds at the Beach and Moskito beach bar, real bliss. Came here for my wife’s birthday and we probably had 5 cakes and celebrations organised by the team without us even asking!

Beautiful view and Beach. Nice spacious rooms and friendly employees. Buffet employees could’ve been nicer and waiters didn’t care to get you drinks but all other employees went above and beyond. The resort is located in an ideal spot. The view of the ocean and the hotel strip is phenomenal. We had the corner suite which is worth it for the view. This was the third time we stayed at the Krystal and we felt that the food was not as good as previously. The Ayami restaurant had less options as well as The Grill for dinner. If you are looking for great food, we have had better at other resorts.

This hotel has one of the best views of Cancun at the room we stayed overlooking the ocean. We stayed here for two nights before going to another hotel but this one has better views by far. It’s about a 7 minute walk from the night clubs and Coco Bongo… the location of this place is perfect. Also, great people working at this place.
