I did not know there was such a nice hotel in Tepoztlan near all the stores and the entrance to the archeological site. I got a good night's sleep and was relaxed and well-rested. I will definitely be returning here in the foreseeable future.

Appears to be clean, no thrills place. Reception did not speak English but tried to be helpful. Had to ask for towels-didn’t have enough for two Hotel did not seem to be full, but we weren’t allowed to check in before 3pm. The door lock was difficult to operate-had to ask for assistance.

A good place to stay, it is less than 5 minutes walking distance from downtown. The room was clean and very spacious, it has a mini fridge to place leftovers and drinks. To the residents, this hotel is one of the best hotels in the area. Only a few downfalls, there is no phone inside the room. communication is via personal cell phone and WhatsApp with the lobby receptionist. Ivette at the front lobby was super helpful and friendly. There is no bar inside the hotel. No coffee in the rooms and their restaurant is open after 830 am. These were minimal things, but I will stay again at this hotel.

El lugar está genial, nuestro viaje fue entre semana, por lo que había poca gente ☺️ la atención de Guadalupe en recepción fue increíble ☺️ si regresamos sería por calidad de servicio al Cliente que ella proporciona 🎉🎉 se ve que le gusta su trabajo ella se encontraba en las noches, el jacuzzi un excelente servicio ☺️ se pasa uno agradable, solo no le funciona el hidromasaje. Calificamos con 4 estrellas por el servicio al cliente que da el Chico que estuvo en la mañana en recepción, reportamos una fuga de agua con el en el wc y está siguio por 2 días y no lo reporto, le reservamos el jacuzzi y al llegar la hora no estaba listo por que no avisó, pareciera no disfrutar su trabajo. El restaurante muy caro para lo q es, hay mejores opciones cercanas a costos buenos o lugares con costo similares y un gran servicio y calidad.

Personal muy amable, habitaciones muy limpias.

La recepción y las habitaciones se encuentran muy limpias al igual que el jardín. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y mi estancia fue muy agradable. Solo desearía que hubiera mas personal para la limpieza y mantenimiento de la alberca y los jacuzzis. Ya que en la alberca había varias avispas flotando y el agua del jacuzzi no se veía tan limpia ni estaba tan caliente ni con tanta presión como en veces anteriores que he ido.

El hotel fue excelente, solo le falta ser petfriendly para ser perfecto. El personal dejó mucho que desear, pues fueron groseros en algunas solicitudes como un destapacorchos y vasos desechables. El jacuzzi tenía el agua sucia. La alberca no es climatizada.
