Great food, no reservation required at restaurants

Food was excellent with many different restaurants to choose from and no reservation required. Beautiful pool and beach area with plenty of beach chairs available. Very clean and every effort taken to be Covid safe. Enjoyed our stay and will go back!

Me gustó la actitud del personal, ya que en todos lados tenían una gran disposición y actitud, además de eficiencia. Es obvio que es algo que trabajan con consciencia y se nota. No me gustó el aire acondicionado, ya que el estándar del hotel es de 20 grados (C°) y yo estaba incómodo con esta temperatura. Me hubiera gustado poder controlar más la temperatura y poder reducirla un poco más, sin que hubiera un límite establecido por el establecimiento.

La comida fue pésima. Los platos fríos, sabor malo, porciones irreales. Por ejemplo, los platos con carne de res, siempre eran con carne muy dura. Poquititos, contaban las piezas de pan para ensalada que te daban.

El hotel es todo lo que se espera, aunque en relación con otros hoteles de la cadena secrets se queda un poquito atrás, pero creo que la atención del personal es lo destacable y la comida es lo que hace que no tenga un 10, la comida de la alberca (snack) es pobre en cuando a su ejecución, sabor y presentación.
