"Beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. Front desk employees were very helpful in answering all questions concerning transportation, dining, and attractions. Some things to note: The beds were on the firmer side, possibly a nod to the Japanese tradition. No microwave in the room, but the Family Mart convenience store connected to the hotel had one for use. Complimentary pajamas were amazing and so I had to purchase a new set for myself. Lastly, there was not a ton of walking space in the room, so if you are traveling with children and have a ton of luggage, you will need to use the under the bed space to store luggage. I wish there was some type of drawer options, but the minimalist feel of the room was appreciated. Overall, this hotel was great! It made our time in Japan even more special and unique. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Arigato! "
