The room was clean and spacious. The staff at check in were lovely. The airline lost my luggage and they let me use the phone at the front desk as much as I needed. The restaurant and the breakfast were great. A server, Adel, was so patient and amazing.

We had a fantastic night here! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, our rooms were spacious and luxe, meals were tasty, and our massages were lovely. We booked it all as a package and get it was a very good value for the money.

The room is in very good condition, very friendly staff and meets all the requirements. Great breakfast location etc. Only deadly disadvantage is right next to the track where tram goes and the most busiest street of Zagreb, when the tram passing by the whole room vibrates and caused my sleeping quality drops. Tram runs from 05:00 to 0:30 everyday.
