Look, it was small but comfortable and very nice being in heart of old town Dubrovnik. The ‘system’ to access the apt was very cumbersome. Can’t anyone streamline how to get a ket, electronic or otherwise. Of course, no one on-site to welcome you etc. In our case, TV had two remotes and no explanation how they turned on TV. Turned out, battery was dead in one remote, but took way way way too long to determine that was the problem, thus we had no TV during our stay. We let them know we thought that was the problem via WhatsApp but….no one came to fix or replace them. During our last day, the e-key locked us out, and was a hassle to get someone to help us. They did end up not charging us the city tax because of the TV, but….bottom line: these new “staff less” venues need to really work on documentation for users, and ways to help customers when stuff goes wrong.
