My home town, and there's been a lot of great changes since I left for another city a few decades ago. The Seaport District is vibrant, especially with young professionals and tourists. Boston's Faneuil Hall & Italian North End are still delightful.

It had been 15 years+ since we had last been to Boston and I'd forgotten how lovely a city it is. Very walkable with plenty to do and see from Quincy Market, Boston Common to Harvard Square. We had a great few days and our 2 teens especially enjoyed

Boston parking is the worst. Become familiar w/the parking apps, see meters for info. You can only park in a space for 2 hrs, so I was paying with the app for one 2-hr span, then walking to the car to pay with a card for the next 2-hr span. Not ideal

Loved this historic city and everything it has to offer. Easily accessible on foot or subway. Great restaurants around every corner. Felt safe everywhere we went, even subway. Walked through stunning row house neighborhoods and Freedom Trail. Loved!

I love Boston! I lived, worked & was educated there for 13 years. Having traveled the world, & lived in various locations in the USA and abroad, Boston remains one of my favorite cities for history, beauty, arts, culture, community & accessibility.

So pleasantly surprised with Boston. Although it's a large city, the people were friendly, it felt clean, Ubers were nice. We did a lot of walking & felt safe even at night. Fenway Park tour was awesome & worth visiting. So much to do- I loved it!

If I were to move from San Francisco, Boston would be at the top of my preference list. It's so walkable, even across to Harvard and MIT. Boston is synonymous with American history, yet is quite diverse both in its residents and its visitors.

The $22.50 7-day MBTA Link Pass was worth for my 5-day stay (a value of 9 one-way trips) and the $10 Weekend Commuter rail pass (I used it for a round-trip to Salem) was also a great value. Plymouth is also worth the trip, an hour away by bus.

Boston is the perfect combination of history and modern which makes it absolutely unique. If you've never walked the Freedom Trail it's a must for any history buff! Don't forget to stop by the New England Aquarium and say Hi to Myrtle.
"Stayed for the 2nd time for a Fenway concert in July. It's nice and dark and quiet to sleep in and a noontime checkout! It is very clean and convenient location to get to Fenway via Uber."
"Fab stay at CitizenM Boston Back Bay.
Amazing welcome and great room concept which worked well for us (a couple) for a few nights. Loved the light bright rooms and the huge window with some great views over the city. The housekeeping was also great while we were there.
Enjoyed the social lounges and outside terraces as well.
Location worked well for us, would use again and would also look at CitizenM options in other cities in the future."
"Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms, the amenities. They staff was incredible. So much space and an area to just relax. Loved that the train was right across the street from the hotel. Made getting around Boston so easy. "
"This was such a beautiful hotel. Every aspect of it was well thought out—even the pull out couch was comfortable and sturdy. We were in room 626. It was a corner room with a noteworthy view. Two queen beds & a couch. The windows had blackout shades. It smelled nice, the staff was kind, the lobby, cafe, bar, and library were pretty. I know I’ve only listed a couple of things here—but it was nearly perfect. My only suggestion would be to have more allergy friendly options in the cafe, but even that was fine because there was so much nearby. "
"Liked Citizen M chain with this one with Boston items.
Problems with figuring out lights ie how to turn most off with a few on. Also had to request twice for 2nd sheet."
