"I highly recommend staying here, as it is connected to the transit system, a mall, and easily accessible to everywhere within proximity. If you need to exchange money, you can do it there at the hotel, or there’s plenty of places inside of the mall attached to the hotel, and it is by far one of the most convenient and amongst one of the nicest places to stay!"
"Absolutely a REAL 5 * resort. The most fabulous location and service second to none. We have stayed in various 5 * hotels in our stay but the service level was far beyond any of the others . The pool area is a delight, plenty of loungers to go around and the setting is beautiful, surrounded by tropical plants and trees. They also have good entertainment in the evenings and the meals we had there were as good as any stand alone restaurant and very reasonably priced. The only small drawback is that the bathrooms could do with an upgrade- they are obviously a little long in the tooth. This would y no means stop me staying again but if they were refurbished the whole package would be unbeatable. Very good value for money. "
"Location location location! Right in the heart of Soi 11 it did take about an hour to get checked in but it was very busy and the staff was phenomenal at getting things moving. No balcony but clean decent rooms. "
