"We had fumbled with our visas and ended up with an extra weekend in Bangkok. We were able to quickly pivot and book at Avani! What an experience! The staff was amazing! The room was stunning! The breakfast was incredibly tasty and varied each day! Loved the convenience of being able to water taxi into the city and the amenities were phenominal! Would highly recommend!"
"Incredible. Dusit Thani made me fall in love with Bangkok. The staff immediately from check-in greeted us with smiles and welcomes. The politeness and kindness of everyone truly made my stay more than exceptional. The rooms are gorgeous, the view of the park from the 27th floor during my 4night stay just never got old! Breakfast buffet was soo good! I got to try some really great variations of meals and authentic Thai food. Thank you to Nesa who checked me and my partner with kindness and such genuine aid, welcome drinks with such a cute Happy Birthday cake!! Thank you to Mr. Wittaya whom greeted me with laughter and customer service during breakfast always making sure we were beyond satisfied with any of our needs. With lack of microwaves I would reach out to the front desk whom would send a kind gentleman who warmed up my food daily with such a cute presentation. I felt honestly like royalty. Ally with concerige whom made my check out process smooth and outstanding, especially with her communication. Anything I needed the staff provided. From prior to my stay with reaching out regarding any concern or question they were truly just incredible. Thank you entirely!!"
"Modern entrance/lobby but tired building inside. Very good hotel if you want to be close to shopping malls and have access to nearby local markets. Comfortable room and great guest services.
1. Rooms -- Firm bed, prompt response to room requests (e.g. an extra toilet paper). Reasonably quiet, though occasional traffic noise from outside. Reasonably clean but if you're expecting 5-star hotel level of impeccable cleanliness, you're not going to get it here.
2. Location -- Couldn't ask for a better location - There are multiple shopping malls (including supermarkets) within 3-10 minutes' walking distance, as well as good options for affordable Thai massages.
3. Food/drinks -- Filtered cold water and cantaloupe tea are available in the hotel lobby."
