"Room was clean. They also gave you tooth brushes, razor, and more. Staff was super nice. Room service was 24 hours which was great. The breakfast was seriously some of the best food the whole time in Bangkok. Walking distance from bars and shopping. Only compliant was pool was cold but we didn’t really go to the pool much, only once. Pool bar area was cool. All the restaurants attached to the hotel were great. Kinda far from temples but we didn’t really care about that. It was like 30-40 mins from temples but mostly because of traffic. Would stay here again if we came back to Bangkok. "

"Excellent all the way around. My only criticism is that the washer dryer in 1111 did not function properly. I contacted maintenance twice about it and was giving instructions on how to operate the unit. Each time I washed clothes I had to put them on the balcony to dry. Pants and other large items, I took to a local laundry for cleaning."
