"The rooms are small but clean and equipped with what we needed and didn’t know we needed. I do wish we could’ve experienced the public bath but due to us having tattoos, that’s a no no. I liked and thought it was very convenient to have a little convenient store right in our hotel. Loved the bidet!!! Love that it has a laundry facility right in our hotel. The water pressure, temperature was AWESOME! If any negatives, and I’m just nitpicking…elevator can take a while to come and the dryers take a while to dry. Lastly., no Netflix allowed. That was a doozy for our two week stay, Once again I’m just nitpicking. The hotel was fabulous and beautiful! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!!"
"We loved our stay! Great location in Minato City & a short walking distance to Tokyo Tower. We loved our morning and afternoon walks that led to the Tower. The room is very clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Bed and pillows are comfortable. I loved the face skincare amenities. They made my face within 1 night feel refreshed & smooth. We enjoyed the Tea Ceremony at the lobby. Beautiful lobby with so many books to read! Staff was great, — easy and very quick check in and check out.
The only 2 things that wished were better: the first one is: the Laundry — I washed the clothes at the 2-hour cycle, but the clothes did not wash properly or felt fresh and the second one is that the bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation while showering.— It did not bother us, but the room windows can get a bit soggy afterwards. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone. Will definitely be coming back."
"Everything was outstanding and I would stay there again. The staff, housekeeping and all amenities were to my liking. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The room service and the Dinner Restaurants was exquisite."
"I would highly recommend this hotel. It is minutes away from subway stations, and in the center of restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The staff was incredibly hospitable, and the rooms were very clean and accommodating. We will definitely be back."
"Hotel is located at the Haneda Airport Garden, so is an easy walk to either arrivals or departures in Terminal 3. I was using departures and had a reasonable amount of luggage, however I was able to use elevators (including one in the airport itself) to get me from my room to the Departures floor - it made the whole process very simple and stress free.
The room (Superior Queen) was large and easily able to accommodate 3 full size suitcases without feeling cramped. Spotlessly clean, with all the conveniences you’d expect.
In addition to the hotel, Haneda Airport Garden has a number of restaurants and shops (great for last minute souvenir hunting) which is really convenient when at the hotel.
Being close to Terminal 3 means there are a number of transportation options which allow easy access to central Tokyo and beyond.
One thing I wish the hotel would change is that it would appear if you have sent luggage to the hotel, the check-in machine states “error” and asks you to go the the Front Desk - seems an unnecessary step. That said there are staff around, and within 10 seconds of receiving the error I was approached by a very helpful member of staff who completed check-in for me, so it wasn’t an irritant at all.
Other points on the hotel is that they can store luggage prior to check-in, and they have a luggage scale next to the Front Desk.
In summary, a very very nice hotel which I’ve now stayed at twice and plan to do so again on my next trip.
