"Fantastic location, room, and staff. Felt very attentive without being overbearing and very helpful to foreign travelers in a foreign country for the first time. The worst part was the building condition but this seemed to be a very old building and they appeared to be renovating while we were there. Can’t complain. "

as we four think the same ... everything was perfect in every sense of the word except for the absence of a lift ... if we were younger, we would have not minded going up and down the stairs but it is not the case ... we are all in our 70s.
If it was mentioned in the description of the hotel that there is no lift, we would not have chosen your hotel.
