My partner and I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days and from the moment we of check-in to the time of check-out we felt the warmth, helpfulness, and the hospitality of the staff. We also were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed which gave us great rest. The guest services were also very helpful in providing us with a list of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and attractions ahead of arrival and scheduling us with transportation to our next location. "The room was very nice and clean, new fresh hotel, prefect location. Probably the best staff ever. They did everything to make you happy and keep you satisfied-- very nice and friendly staff, all of them! The breakfast was great - you can basically get anything you want (you can choose your favourite breakfast from the menu and in addition you can enjoy the breakfast buffé). Next time I go to Hanoi I will most definitely stay at this hotel. Shampo, conditioner, shower gel, thoothbrush and paste, etc (and even a razor) in the bathroom. No need to bring with you any of these! "
