"The property is well-maintained. But there was a weird sound at jacuzzi even it was turned off. Abalone porridge at breakfast was good. One door at 3rd floor was stiff, a bit hard to open and close. Check-in process was not smooth for us, we waited for 5-10 minutes until someone help us, I think it could be better welcoming. "The room was spacious and clean. The jacuzzi, however, was placed in an odd spot by the window overlooking the pool—great in theory, but in practice we had to keep the blinds down for privacy, which took away the “view” experience (unless you’re comfortable using it in a swimsuit). "Love everything about this JW Marriott Jeju. From the front desk staff, restaurants, facilities, to our room, everything was well thought out and of 6 Star quality. "The best thing about the property is the rooms are cozy and nice. Theres no free chairs at the small pool where half of the pools are 3 feet or less. Foods are mediocre at best, Service from restaurant is horrible, Rude and no manners. Unless you speak perfect Korean or Chinese , I would recommend you go somewhere in Jungmun Area, where staffs are able to speak English and have hospitality mind. Worst experience from the property with 5 stars. "
