A nice cosy hotel
Lovely room with beautiful Venetian decor. The location is literally next to San Marco square and it’s in the middle of the high end shopping area of town. We had no issue navigating from the train station to the hotel and back. Everything is in walking distance and as a result we didn’t have to make use of the water taxi or the buses. The complementary breakfast was just right and has its unique way of serving you. Recommended.

This boutique hotel is lovely. It’s tucked away so it took a minute to find . The walkway is well lit and the area is very safe as is all of Venice . The hotel staff is amazing - friendly helpful and welcoming .

The Dining area needs more room, as well as the tables are pretty small and very close to each other as no room to move. You definitely need a toaster as most Canadians and other travelers need their bread toasted. Besides your bread was like a rock.. The choices were not that bad in terms of breakfast. Love the hotel. Would certainly stay there again. Our room was very small but was very functional. The staff was VERY nice and helpful. The staff at the desk could not have been more helpful. They were delightful and helpful in every way. Housekeeping also were not only spot on with their cleaning but always pleasant and polite in the public areas. Breakfast was good but coffee would have been better had it not been instant especially as the coffee served us throughout Venice was superb. Thank you Firenze for a marvelous visit!!! We’ll be back soon for our third visit.
