Booked ocean view but was given pool view when i arrived. Showers flood extremely easily. Room was on 6th floor and Elevators did not work. If you have a stroller extremely inconvenient. Food options very limited must book with pyramid to have access to all food options. Will stay at a different location next time I go to Cancun.

Where do you being with this place the views are the only thing that is amazing. The hotel sucks and don’t get me started with the staff they are the most rudest people ever. The food suck if you want good food you have to pay an extra charge for everything I would never go back there

A few cleanliness things would have made this property a lot better. Did not like the "push" for the Oasis membership. Felt quite deceived - was told it was a tour and free breakfast / massage only to then spend half a day (in our 4 day trip) in a presentation.
