Everything was absolutely amazing other than trying to make food reservations. You have to get online right at 8 AM in order to make reservations for their restaurants. One of my five days this worked the other four days it gave you no options even if you log on right at 8 AM. It would only show one restaurant as available. I think something was wrong with their system, and when I told them they did not seem to care to assist me in making reservations with any of the restaurants. Unfortunately, my family and I did not care for the food at the reservation, but everything else was very beautiful. we got stuck eating either the buffet or the Mexican restaurant every day. I highly recommend the Mexican restaurant if you are in the same situation that we were.

The food was not fresh. Seafood was left over from the day before, had a muchy taste to it. The Italian restaurant had fresh food and we enjoyed it their, but all others was just Okay. The property itself had lots to do for the kids. The beach waves was very harsh, we took the public bus which cost $1usd to another beach that was more settled and clean. Towards the end of our stay, we didn’t get water in our room for 2 days, when we called the room service and front desk they tried to have us pay for the waters to be placed in our room, when we told them we didn’t get the complimentary waters and need water for our room as promised by the hotel, we never got them, we called 4x and never got it. I won’t be going back to the resort, everything is a hassle to get done and the food was not good.

I didn't like the restaurant reservation system. We were never able to make reservations at several of the restaurants. Fortunately, the restaurants that didn't require a reservation was good. The resort is great for Spanish speaking families. Unfortunately, we are not Spanish speaking. So, some of the music and activities were not as much fun for us. But, I did enjoy seeing the families enjoy their vacation.

We were unable to get reservations at the restaurants on the resort that require them. The food we did eat was okay but after 5 days of it we were sick of it. The housekeeping staff was super friendly and pleasant. Mixed reviews on the others. The resort felt run down. The pictures on the website are deceiving as they make it appear to be much more polished than in real life. The pools were crowded and the water was cloudy. I would not stay here again.

0 star from us I recently stayed at Crown Paradise and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely awful—so bad that two of us ended up feeling quite ill. The front desk staff were extremely horrible rude and obnoxious, treating guests poorly. It was frustrating to have to retrieve our own towels from a distant location, especially with small children in tow. If you don’t return the towel cards, be prepared to incur extra charges, which adds to the inconvenience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent; they didn’t answer the phone, leaving us feeling stranded in case of an emergency. It was disheartening to realize that the slides and amenities couldn’t make up for the overall lack of quality in both food and service. I would not recommend Crown Paradise and will definitely not be returning.

Older property that could use tune up in the bathroom. The tub was old and basically crumbling plastic in places. Otherwise it was a nice and large room. Great view too. The water gets deep very fast on the beach and not ideal for families with little kids. Lots of pools, minimal shade though
