GREAT hotel!! HIGHLY recommend!!
I only rated this hotel 5 stars because I couldn’t give it 6 stars. The staff is wonderful and the GM (Orlando) is awesome. Staff makes you feel welcome and APPRECIATED!! Property is beautiful with a great pool and beach area. Great dining and a decent casino (if that’s your thing). Something for everyone and I recommend this place 12 out of 10.

Second time here, they are doing renovations/remodel right now. Don’t think it’s worth the price and a resort fee and if you have a car plus parking. There was no noticed on the website or hotels.com that renovations where going on. Would have stayed somewhere else if I would have know that.

Very beautiful resort, the dining and parking were very confusing as no one offered any directions. Check in wasn’t great as they didn’t have our room ready and took and extra 1.5hrs to get it ready. We did get to enjoy the resort while we waited. Would come back! The views are priceless

Price changed after we arrived with us having a reservation resort fee’s 90+dollars a day and 11% taxes. + $25 dollars a day to park . Slow and bad food service. Food very bad . Paid for beach view got 11 noisy air conditioning units instead total waste of time and money I will never be back good luck.

A true “resort”. Easy access to amenities. Good signage and comfortable and clean accommodations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The site is under construction so be prepared for some noise and disruption to certain services. We did lose power in our room for about 8 hours due to the construction which was tough because we were getting ready for a wedding in the dark. That said, the experience was great and we plan to return!

The stay itself was wonderful. But, when we asked if we could check out early and get refunded, they said we had to go through you. We only booked the hotel sir to weather and not knowing if our flight works be canceled. Since it wasn't, we had to leave. Please advise what steps I need to take to get refunded. Thank you

**LOVED being right on the Beach *** Nearby airport - everyone do an Uber & save money on transportation Room being ready earlier then anticipated was a huge bonus especially booking via a third party (Expedia) Added bonus —- Beach chairs were included with the stay !!!
