The stay was pretty nice, good customer service. My only issue was that when I got to the hotel & paid my card was that overcharged. The managers were very helpful in trying to help me through this situation and I know that some of the stuff is out of their control but personally I feel that as fast as they took my money off my card, it should be put right back on my card. I recommend anyone staying here to just pay ahead before you get to the hotel.

Beautiful but don’t deserve that price
The Price was enormous for what we’ve got. No breakfast or parking included for a king bed bedroom for 1,170$? That’s was mean like for real. But overall the service was excellent and really friendly. Pretty excellent mention for the excellent service that the valet gave us I don’t remember his name but he was soooo amazing he worked Tuesday 5 nov at 8pm and the 6 nov at the same hour .

Fabulous hotel, clean, modern and stylish. Rooms are high tech with controls for lights and curtains. Modern TV although Iphone streaming was not working so no netflix etc Staff very friendly and helpful, i even got a bottle of wine for my birthday which was a nice touch. Location wise its on the edge of downtown so its safe, if a little raw on the street at times. Recommended.

Door wasnt able to lock becaus the side of the door was broken. The pool tiles were all not attached and would move when you walk, it looked like mold around the edge. The tv wouldnt work bery well at all and wouldnt always connect. The first stafd we met were not very welcoming. And the valet parking was never there even when we texted the number.
