Just a perfect spot to stay. Clean and spacious, great pools and atmosphere. The area is really nice and walkable to cafés and shops, very close to the beach. Kids loved it, too. Highly recommend!

Quiet, clean comfortable stay.
Very surprised with this hotel! Super clean and the room was very big. Not sure if all rooms have, but the kitchenette was helpful! Service was friendly and good. Location was nice and quiet. Only con was there wasn’t many chairs around the pool. Hotel was not crowded so it wasn’t a problem but I could see it being an issue if it was more busy

The check-in was simple and quick. My friend rode with me when i went to check in and he said the price for on the beach was amazing. He lives in that coty so he know the prices over at the beach. It was nice, quiet and I hooe i can go again and get that same rate.

Basic digs with a good location!
The AC unit in the room was not able to maintain a comfortable temp. The room has a nice ceiling fan with light, but there was no way to turn on the fan. There was a remote in the room that did not word dor the AC unit or fan ??? Noone checks in tomsee how your check in went and there are no guidelines for how to use the AC or fan. We were only here for 1 night. Moving on to another guest house.

Great location and a nice remodel on an old building. Still needs some TLC as the paint is chipped and stained walls. Tub was nice but no stopper. Also the doorway was near one of the pools which would be convenient but not really safe for a solo traveler. Worth the value though.

The bed sort of listen to one side and was pretty lumpy. The pillows were flat. The water pressure was good, so that’s one positive thing. The a/c was not great - thankfully it wasn’t the middle of summer so it was tolerable. What wasn’t tolerable though is the mildew / mold smell coming from it and blowing it all over the room. So unhealthy and gross. It’s a beach hotel and was pretty inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for… I was a little uneasy learning that there is a company that owns a bunch of properties in the north beach area, including this one.
