Christmas trip
The concierge was right there to great us and welcome us. He was so nice, friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk were also so good to us. The facility is beautiful and the view is spectacular! We enjoyed our time there and since it was cooler there the heated pool was icing on the cake. Our room was clean and so relaxing. We would stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful room that is right on the beach with an unbeatable view! Wish there were windows you could open to hear the ocean. Only complaint is the walls are a little too thin… so we could hear the kids next to us yelling early in the morning. Kind of a bummer for us since we booked the room to have a little break from our kiddos and try to sleep in for once.

Beautiful location awful service
Tried to upgrade our room or change it but front desk was unwilling to assist - tried contacting Hotel.com only to wait for over an hour with a chat bot. Absolutely no service. Service at the hotel restaurant was so bad we sat and waited for assistance but instead the server only helped people at the bar. We were there waiting to get our check for over an hour and 1/2. We finally had to go to the bar since to ask for a check. Careful even if the service is bad or the order is wrong they still charge 18tip automatically so it doesn’t matter how bad the service is.

We wanted a nice little getaway for my wife's birthday and even though it was just a short 10-minute drive, it was as if we went to a dream vacation spot. The staff went above and beyond. They actually comped a meal for a minor imperfection that we did not even mention. Will definitely recommend and stay there again!

Perfect Weekend
