The property was really helpful as we had to ask for an early check in due to going to a wedding in early afternoon. Really spacious, clean and everything we needed. Only a mark off because the wifi kept going off and on in the evening, annoying as our children couldnt watch a movie.

The place needs updating and very odd, they give us a garage door opener to enter and when I open the garage door the entrance door to the room was wide open and we are not sure whether someone was in the room or not. They have a small space heater in each bedroom and no heat in the living room or kitchen, so cold living room! The kitchen gas stove did not work and the whole carpeting is old and rundown. Do not recommend this place.

Typical resort. You will need to drive to get to any groceries, restaurants and attractions. Location is in the suburban area on the edge of the town. Apartment we stayed in was missing some cooking utensils like an egg flip sharp knife. Generally clean. Not all ammenities pools spas etc were functional. Our checkout was 10:00 am but had at 9:09 am the cleaner walked straight into the apartment with out announcing himself. Not a great end to our stay. Everything else was good.

We had a great stay at the alpine resort. Staff were super helpful, place was clean (they don’t have daily service) so up to us to keep it tip top. Can’t complain. Supermarket and the main part of town was only a short drive away. Great for families. Only downside is if you are in a ground apartment, upstairs can be a bit noisy especially if they are having an earlier start than you. Highly recommend and even moreso if you don’t mind not being right in the centre of town.

This was an amazing property. It fit our group of 6 with enough room for everyone to have their own space. There were 2 full bathrooms! And even a washer and a dryer. This was a huge bonus so that we were able to catch up with laundry for the rest of our holiday.

Incredible!
What an incredible place to stay! My husband and I booked here very last minute (10 minutes before showing up) and were greeted warmly at reception. They even gave us a free upgrade! It was a beautiful, very nicely updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a full balcony overlooking the town, the lake, and the mountains. It had so many nice features, like heated floors in the bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, a fireplace, and the whole back wall in the living room and dining area opened up to the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the beds were comfortable. The amenities on the property, like the pool and the hot tub, were lovely. This was an incredible place to stay and we can't wait to return!

There were just little things. Most of the rubbish bins were broken. Tissues hidden in the living room. No shelf in the shower for soap, etc. Not many shelves in bathroom. Othwise, lots of room and good TV.
