Nice hotel and good location.

Receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Hotel is convenient to Hagley Park, Botanic Gardens and within walking distance of museums, restaurants and shopping areas.

The room is comfortable, spacious, and clean. Even i didnt met any staffs on that day as i was checked in late, the staff contact me earlier that morning and let me know the check in procedures, feeling being welcome. Although sometimes may heard people talking in the corridor, but generally quiet. Nice experience!

Clean, well presented, extra blankets etc. Good heating. Would have appreciated a re-stock of tea and coffee during our stay, as we paid full rates each day. Bit noisy with cars on Saturday night as close to Bealy Ave.
