We stayed one night and this accommodation was in a very convenient location right on Hagley Park. It was nice to have free parking and decent free wifi. The room and bathroom were both spacious for 3 people. We did, however, find some cleanliness and comfort issues with the hotel. To start, there were multiple visible dirt/marks on the walls and food splatter on the kitchenette wall surface. We tried to sit on the sofa, which appeared to be secondhand and which listed forward to a degree that it was preferable to sit on the floor. The shower made a constant loud whining sound that was audible both inside the shower and for those out in the living space. Overnight street noise didn't surprise us due to the location, but it was loud enough to wake you during the night, so future travelers should aware of that. Last, the front desk seemed unattended during 2 attempts to contact with a question about checkout. And the foyer smelled perpetually of cooked meats due to the presence of a chicken restaurant attached to the hotel.

Disappointed. We stayed on 2 separate occasions this trip. On the first the heat pump did not work so they provided a small noisey fan heater. Could not change anything in the room outlets. The lamp shocked us any time it was touched. Lots of parking for staff and restaurant guests. Only the tight top floor of parking garage. I forgot something in the room. They never called to inform me. Second visit, heat pump didn’t work, room poorly made up, and it smelled like food. They exchanged our room, to a bigger yet way noisier room. Again heat pump didn’t work. Disappointing. This could be a nice hotel,But I won’t stay here again.
