Nos hospedamos en el Extended Suites en Coatzacoalcos y en general todo muy bien, excepto la limpieza. El precio, el personal de enfrente muy amable y te explican. Te hacen sentir bienvenidos. La limpieza es otro tema. El cuarto, más o menos limpio. El baño es otra cosa. Estaba la Tina demasiado sucia, el piso del baño también. Y olía mucho a pipi desde que llegamos. Al otro día pedí que cambiarán la cortina del baño pero el olor seguía. Pero pues, tampoco nos complicamos porque solo llegamos al cuarto a dormir entonces lo soportamos. Pero si pudieran mejorar la limpieza del baño estaría genial. Pero aún asi, es un local accesible y si me volvería a quedar ahí.

Cada que visitó Coatzacoalcos me quedo en este hotel, casi siempre lo recomiendo pero en esta ocasión sí tuve un inconveniente, pues la habitación que me tocó no tenía buena presión de agua, incluso había momentos que no caía nada de agua en las llaves ni en la regadera. Todo lo demás del hotel tanto sus alrededores e instalaciones me agradan, solo en esta ocasión tengo esa objeción por la presión del agua.

Deficiente limpieza
Almohadas terriblemente sucias, con fuerte olor a sudor. Las cambiaron cuando lo pedimos. Todos los días había que pedir en recepción toallas limpias, así como jabón y shampoo, acondicionador, crema o agua para beber como en otros hoteles, no tenían. Se metió el agua de lluvia por una ranura entre la pared y el piso. Lo anuncian con cocina y no hay ni siquiera un vaso.

Location is great, but this place doesn’t offer the minimum essentials, like enough towels, toilet paper, iron and board, hangers for clothing, reception staff not very helpful about all the needs that we had, bathroom shower horrible, you barely get water to shower, slippery shower floor as well, elevator kind of scary, that sound that makes is scary, etc. Not a good experience

Great place, nothing fancy but safe and cheap
The room was a great size, air conditioner super cold! Beds were comfy but there were a lot of stains all over the bathroom possibly mold.. otherwise this place was great! Parking was secure and safe, don’t let the naysayers out there dissuade you from visiting Coatzacoalcos, it’s safe if you’re smart about times and locations! We had an absolute blast here!

This property is not kept up. Room was dirty, shower was clogged. No one came in to clean, do beds or change towels any of the four nights we were there. I wouldn’t recommend this property or ever stay there again.
