We arrived early 10am & had to sit in the courtyard with our luggage until 1pm as they do not offer a lock up for the luggage so we could get some lunch.Then we were directed to go out the back gate make a right then a left & go to the next bldg We were not offered any help with our 4 pcs of luggage We are both in our 80's We had to drag it across gravel areas past the dumpsters & down 1/4 block to the entrance of the 2nd bldg. The room was very clean but the cleaners they used were so strong we had to leave the door open for a long period to clear the smell as it would have triggered my Asthma Once inside we noticed no phone so no connection with the 24/7 front desk so no emergency contact if necessary It was a kitchen suite so had a microwave a coffee pot & dishes However, not even a complimentary pkg of coffee No Tea towels but dish soap Two bath towels 2 face clothes but no hand towels The TV was mounted on the wall parallel to the bed but no adjustment to angle it to watch from the bed other than laying on your side They had a dresser one scoop chair but no table to sit at if you did have a meal In the morning we went to the desk to call for transport to the Airport as they do not offer a shuttle If it had not been for the young man who was also a guest there helping this Canadian set up an Uber pick up we would have paid a horrendous price for a taxi He also came back to the room & helped us take our bags to the Uber NEVER AGAIN charges a premium price/no service

They gave us a free upgrade to a suite and it was very clean and spacious. They have three buildings close together with 2 pools to use and free drinks 5-6pm at the Oceanside Hotel building. We got off a cruise ship early and arrived at 10:30 am. We knew check in was at 3 pm but after lounging around the pool for a little while they had a room for us and allowed early check in. Was given the original original address for the property but then had to travel another 5 blocks to the office to check in after arriving. The staff was very unresponsive to phone calls. I called dozens of time and even had Expedia call with no avail. After checking in, I realized there was no remote in the room so I couldn’t turn on or watch the tv. It’s wasn’t until 9pm before someone came to even see what the probably was. It wasn’t until 11pm before they had to exchange the entire tv since any remote they had couldn’t program with the tv already in the room. This was one of my worse experiences utilizing Expedia. I was charged a $30 resort fee to stare at the walls is insane. The only individual that made it right was the kind lady that checked me in and allowed me to stay an hour later after check out in an attempt to make up for calling for hours for a tv remote and having to walk an additional mile and half back and forth to the office just for tv remote. I spent a majority of my stay attempting to contact the front desk for a remote. I was ver disappointed. Expedia should do better, especially if you guys are adding such a high property fee for the worse experiences.

There was no parking at the facilities. It was all on a side street and if you parked early, you had to pay to stay there and it didn’t guarantee you a spot when you came back because it was public parking on the road. Definitely not in a safe area. We had to go to a different hotel to check in and park in a back alley to get to the front desk and once in the office, we told them we did not feel safe enough to stay there with our daughter and he basically told us that wasnt his issue and that we would not be getting our money back even though we never checked in, the photos on the ad are not the same pictures of either property that we saw. This whole thing was a very deceitful experience.

When I was checking into the property their key card machine was broken. I waited around 40 minutes for my card when I was told it would only take 5 minutes. Once I got my card the front desk staff (Soldedad) told me that because of the inconvenience I could have a late checkout which was at 1:00pm. the check out date comes and I receive a phone call from the front desk telling me night shift is not allowed to authorize that (This is something they need to communicate amongst each other not what they should hear through me). This was extremely inconvenient because it changed my scheduling. I do not recommend staying here.

Surprisingly good. But don't everyone book at once.. I want to use this place often. Great stay actually except for the cards. They get un-magnetized by the slightest thing. Do not touch key cards to phones, and other devices. They will deactivate.
