Overall a tired hotel with a fantastic location. Bed was comfortable and overall clean. Some staff fantastic but some need to learn basic manners. Tips shouldn’t be solicited.

Great stay at North Beach Village
Very nice one week stay over the new year holiday. Hotel is conveniently located. Beds are comfy and kitchenette is perfect for a weeklong stay. Pools and hot tubs are nice if not a little over chlorinated. Rooms are sparce and I had to use an ironing board for my toiletries. Towel and cleaning services are late, sometimes after dinner but every one works hard and is very nice and accommodating. They also had issues with keys going dead daily which seemed to get worked out mid week. And the use of all the hotels and pools and village restaurants is quite nice. Royal Palm Pool is heated to 88. Gym is a bit sad and dark and a little dirty.

The room was in great walking distance to the beach but the room needed to be updated, mattresses and all. We stayed in the family suite and the let out sofa was stained badly and broken and the shower and bathroom flooring needed updating because of stains and cracks. The outdoor steps need to be repaired and a lot of the green plants were dead and need to be removed. The cafe that is attached was not very good but the service was great. We would not stay here again but the customer service was great! But if you just want a place close to the beach and enjoy outside amenities this is your place!

Yikes! Do not stay here.
This stay was incredibly underwhelming. Our stay was nearly $1000 and I would never pay that again. The front office smells like mildew. The rooms weren’t that clean, the floors had a weird film on them, and the internet sucks so bad I had to use my own hotspot to operate the TV. The bathroom had mold in it. The TV remote was missing its back and batteries. The entire “resort,” if you can even call it that, was a half-completed idea. Resort fees for this place is a crazy idea considering it’s run down. Whoever runs this place needs to completely redo it. Giving 3 stars for location only since it was so close to the beach. Will not be back.

Staff was friendly and helpful, property was conveniently located near the beach. We only stayed one night, and within minutes of making drinks in the kitchen, there were ants. Not sure I'd cook on site, but it was a great value for the room. We wish we requested an additional blanket or there could have been a clean blanket in the closet, but overall a good hotel.

We were escaping a hurricane, they could have charged a lot more and didn't, we were grateful. Room was a little "old" but good for the price. Very close to the beach. If we would have been in a better state of mind, I'm sure we could have enjoyed our visit more.
