12 check-in counters, only one was manned. Room was not ready, but, miraculously, against an additional fee it was! I have gold status, but still could only get late check out till noon. Later? Not possible - but possible against a $15 fee. I will try not to use a Hyatt hotel again if I can avoid it.

EXCELLENT
We were there for a concert in the Superdome. They were VERY busy, a ALL hands on deck situation. Although they were busy, check in and making it to the room was quick and efficient.
